DAMAGED PRODUCT I RECEIVED

In the rare case the product you received is damaged, incomplete or wrong we
apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that every product is correctly placed for every customer. However, should you find in such a situation you can

Claims can be done within 14 working days of making a purchase and all claims will be
entertained after approval from the quality department.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

FS-Interiors make sure that all our customers are satisfied so offer this opportunity to exchange
product with another but with few limitations.
1. Please note that items on sale and promotion are not eligible for exchange.
2. 1 Month free service warranty on all products, after that repairing will be charged.
3. Once the sale starts the final price at the sale will be the final price for any exchange.
4. If the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and
you have the original invoice with you, then you are good to go with the exchange
within 15 working days (subject to availability).

CASH REFUND.

If there is any manufacturing fault in the product then a refund will be issued within 14
working days once we received the item & will refund the amount to your bank
account/other payment methods.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable.FS-Interiors has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
